About

One practice. One point of contact.

HR Triage provides on-call human resources support in two situations. The first is an employer operating with little or no HR function. The second is an HR leader who needs administration and project work taken off their desk so they can focus on strategy.

Every engagement is led by the same practitioner, from the first call through the work that follows it.

The practice

Experience and Credentials.

The practice is built on a decade of in-house HR leadership across startup, Fortune 500, and global fintech environments. That work includes functions built from nothing, workforces scaled and reduced, and operations run across four countries.

In nearly every one of those environments, the role was sole HR owner. It is the same position most HR Triage clients occupy today.

That background spans the full lifecycle of an HR function: systems selected and implemented, benefits administration moved in house, compliance maintained across jurisdictions, and difficult conversations handled directly rather than delegated.

Commissions

Notary services are available through a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Maryland.
